Michigan Loses One From 2016 Recruiting Class!

Victor Viramontes announced his decommitment to Michigan last night.

Rated as the country’s 427-overall recruit and No. 25 “athlete,” Viramontes committed to the Wolverines last June over scholarship offers from Colorado, Nebraska, Georgia Tech and Wisconsin.


As a senior quarterback at Norco High School, Viramontes completed 144 of 246 passes for 2,085 yards and 21 touchdowns with 10 interceptions. He rushed for an additional 1,112 yards on 148 carries for 17 touchdowns. He finished with 3,222 all-purpose yards, a whopping 292.9 per game, while also spending some time at linebacker. Michigan’s 2016 recruiting class now stands at 21 and is ranked in the top 5. Not long after his decommitment, Viramontes tweeted this….
